Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)

For customers residing in the European Union, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

Returns (Italy, European Union, and United States)

  • We accept returns within 90 days of delivery;
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging;
  • To initiate a return, contact us by email and include your order number.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method;
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the product is received and inspected;
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part;
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Digital products or gift cards;
  • Final sale items.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at: support@tryavellis.com
  • We will cover the return shipping costs;
  • We will offer either a replacement product or a full refund.

Note for Customers in the United States

For customers located in the United States:

  • There is no automatic right of withdrawal as provided under EU law;
  • However, we voluntarily offer a 90-day return policy as described above.
